I broke the golden rule

I did the Spring Break thing without the kids.

I even took my Geritol.

However, I forgot the golden rule of old people and didn’t take my flu shot.

Yeah, I did…I got the flu on spring break.

Out were the keg stands…wet t-shirts contests…beer funnels…and all- nighters.

In were Tylenol Cold and Flu tablets…and snot rags…and being perpetually pissed off at skinny, healthy college girls.

Spring break sucks when your old.

Sorry your vacation was a bust. Maybe you can do a non-kid-infused mini-trip sometime before the "official" vacation-with-girls this summer.

What luck.....that sucks, I can't believe that happened to you on vacation?!?! I swear something like this would only happen to you, lol.
