I personally think it is : I <} ME but I think it is prettier to think it is a woman with a hat being fabulous like her mother with musical notes coming from her thoughts… I am the crazy one I guess. But it is truelly artisitc!

I think she was definitely going for the I “heart” U message. It looks like a counter, but I can’t tell what she chose as her artistic medium. Maybe chalk or crayon? Whatever it was, I hope it was easy for you to clean.
