I completely had the cooler of beer ready until I read the last part. Needless to say, the plumber and I will have a good time cleaning up the mess. :) And my apologies for the lack of dessert. However, currently my kitchen leak does remind me that I do love a good chocolate fountain. The new site looks fantastic by the way! And thanks for the plumber.
